The Waterways Subdivision is located on Ann Arbor's south side, off of Lohr Road between Ellsworth & Textile Roads. Residents enjoy an Ann Arbor address, Pittsfield Township taxes while children attend Saline schools. Waterways consists of 108 homes built between 1994 and 1999 by Wexford Homes, Bayberry Construction, and Vita Homes. This community is popular for its wonderful location and beautiful setting, with many homes backing to a natural wooded area. Homeowners enjoy the sidewalks through this beautiful community with mature woods, pond views, deer, birds and so much more.

The 2023 annual Waterways homeowners association meeting was held on Sunday, October 8 at 4:00 PM in the Pittsfied Township Hall, Morris Hall. Meeting minutes are posted on this page under Board Meeting Minutes 2023.
